| Abstract: | The authors of the article states that theory and management practice suppose the maximization of the shareholder value. The article try to show, that the Weighted Average Cost of Capital are directly given by the published opinion and the Free Cash Flows are indirectly determined by Investors Relations and the Rankings of Results and Reputations. The objectives changes from optimization and goals of growth to fixation and aspiration adaptation. The paper provides a substantial list of references on this subject. |
