Abstract:Most strategy development models hardly take ethics and personal ambitions of the employees into account. The consequence of this is unethical behavior and insufficient buy-in by the personnel. This article introduces a strategic management model, which is related to the balanced scorecard concept, in which learning, formulating the personal ambitions of people, and balancing them with their personal behavior and the shared ambition of the organization, forms the starting point. The study sets out a number of issues for future research.
