Abstract:In this article the author describes the decentralization in Canadian Life Insurance Industry using as an example the company he himself heads. In recent past, with varied motives, many North American companies decentralized their operations. This is particularly typical of the life and health insurance industry. The movement is noticeable between the United States and Canada both ways. This article gives the reasons behind the trend, and tells how the excercise was carried out and with what experiences.
