| Abstract: | Generally speaking, there are three major elements contributing to economic growth:final consumption, capital formation and foreign demand. 1999 will be a year for economic turning when internal demand and government investment will still serve as the basic means to pull up economic growth. Judging from the contributing elements, along with the changing economic environment in the world, the external demand help less for the economic growth. The contribution made by final consumption will remain unchanged and the capital formation will do more to the economic growth. |
