| Abstract: | The "available tightened" in 1998 is not a effective policy but the one expanding domestic market is correct from the long-term view, It's predicted that the index of economic growth speed will be 6% or 7% in 1999. China's economic development quality and degree will turn better in the coming 3 or 5 years with the policies of structural regulation and expanding fixed asset investment scale, regulation depending on market supplement role and the one of education and science making nation prosperous. |
