| Abstract: | This article aims to create a framework that considers both economic issues and environmental effects in technology evaluation in order to provide company decision makers a useful reference in accepting technologies that will enable them to fulfill corporate social responsibilities and get competitive advantages simultaneously. Lately, the demands for technology evaluation have increased with the thriving development of technology licensing, technology transaction or joint venture, and with the urgent needs of environmental protection for sustainable development. This study professes to develop a new framework for technology evaluation that takes both economic benefits, and environmental perspectives into account. |
