| Abstract: | Since 1990s, the trend is obvious that multinational corporations invest ownership in the section of China electronic and telecommunication industry. 1. It is clear that Foreign ownership increases the amount of investments. 2. After they hold ownership, some foreign businessmen are more active in transferring advanced technique, which accelerate to improve the level of production technique in China electronic and telecommunication industry. 3. After they hold shares, the foreign businessmen zealously expand product-export, expedite the process of China economy internationalization. 4. After they hold shares, the foreign businessmen transform operation method more thoroughly.5. Price competitiveness among foreign ownership companies brings us favorable economic and social benefits. |
