Abstract: | The paper concentrates on helping international marketers in multinational context to assess the likely market power thay face when emerging new countries. The authors illustrate the proposed method on the mobile telecommunications industry, using price and quantity data from ten countries around the world, estimating firms' market power as a function of a number country characteristics. |
