| Abstract: | The civil use of space poses many legal problems: rockets and satellites fly above territories of different states, in case of mishaps the problem of responsibility arises, radio frequencys have to be distributed. These problems were relatively easy to solve when there were only a few space powers. Nowadays Third World countries try to alter previous regulations within the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space. |
