| Abstract: | To cultivate subject of investment is the core of the reform of investment system. Since we carried out opening to the outside world, there has been many profound changes in China's investment system, which are prominently manifested by breaking the unified system of subject of investment and the emergence of pluralized subject of investment. The suggestion are as follows to cultivate and improve subject investment: rationally divide the government investment fields; establish investment institutions performing government's role of investment; improve government subject of investment; develop capital market and expand financing channel; devote major efforts to develop economy of non-public ownership; invigorate medium-and-small-sized enterprises through different channels, at various levels in varied forms. |
