| Abstract: | Medium-and-small-sized enterprises serve as the indispensable impetus to promote economic growth. The development of medium-and-small-sized enterprises is helpful to launching innovation activities. In consideration of management level, it is more suitable for China's national conditions to actively develop medium-and-amount of opportunity of employment. It is beneficial for promoting the competition of large-sized enterprises to actively develop medium-and-small-sized enterprises.Medium-and-small sized enterprises serve as the main contributor to earn foreign exchanges. The intensified global competition and the instability of world economy cause enterprise organization to change. Then it is inevitable to adjust the enterprise organization, reduce and reorganize the group scale. |
