| Abstract: | The dissolution of the Soviet empire in the early 1990s marked the end of the cold war era which provided an opportunity for better economic co-operation among the countries of this interdependent world. After the Second world War, science and technology developed rapidly, and have now become the most important sources of productivity. The purpose of this article is to analyze the impacts of the exchanges at international, bilateral and private levels on China's domestic economic reforms and legal system, and vice versa. |
