| Abstract: | This paper examined the multiple constituency approach as a framework for analyzing personnel department's tasks and activities. First the existing definitions of personnel department activities are reviewed. Then the leverage gained from a multiple constituency approach is considered. And finally, future research agendas are discussed. |
