Abstract:The sociocultural features of young graduates are investigated. In spite of the same age they seem to be different in many aspects. They are positioned along two axes around four principal points. Along the horizontal axe opposed are: the desire to be affirmed and to be acknoledged by the professional environment contrasted with the wish to be reserved and passive in professional life. Along vertical axe: bottom - the field of action is oriented toward individual values and egocentric ambitions in professional life; on top - engaged in management and morale. The expectations and values of young graduates often collide with the business environment.
