| Abstract: | An essential component in the long-term success and continuing growth of the human resource information system in an organization is a cadre of skilled HRIS professionals. The role of HRIS staffers who may be centrally located in a human resource information center, distributed among functional user groups or consist of both staff and line specialists, includes a different mix of responsibilities depending on the organization. HRIS staffers must possess both systems and human resources knowledge. |
