Abstract:The article examines how could ethics be integrated successfully into the college classroom and business programs. Through literature review and empirical findings this paper adresses the trainability of ethics material, and the proper integration and implementation of an ethics curriculum. The findings suggest that there are gender differences concerning moral awareness and decision-making process; an explanation of the underlying cognitive processes in order to explain the gender effect is presented.
