Abstract: | This paper discusses the methodological issues concerning diversity management. There is a need for an objective definition of diversity management since concurrent definitions mainly focus on organizational benefits. In addition, the understanding of methodological issues in conducting research needs to increased. This article presents a study of ethnic minority women's career experiences in British organizations and uses it as a framework. Throughout the paper, it is stated that the research process of diversity management is context dependable. However, methodological process allows some elements of convergence across populations and locations. |
