| Abstract: | Three alternative philosophies are presented for managing diversity of corporate culture of large companies operating in a range of different businesses and since having almost unmanageable organization. An extensive research with 16 leading British companies is presented. The advantages and the disadvantages of each philosophy are brough out and the results that companies following each approach achieve are discussed in details. |
