Abstract:Due to legal regulations based on the ArbEG of 1957, managers of companies may be compelled to manipulate calculations regarding the reimbursements paid to employed inventors, since juridically all calculation methods applied have ot lead to at least fairly mutual results. The regulations are based on the incorrect assumption that an invention has an objective value determinable by determinated calculations. It is ignored that the reimbursement should be the result of the negotiation process between employer and employee. The legislator takes no interest in the monetary benefit of the company. This is the problem concerns internal requirements of control, and it is the task of an "invention controlling" to calculate the "intervals of reimbursement" in the negotiation process.
