Abstract:The paper studies how gender, nationality, age and tenure affect the composition of workers in the organizational, top management and/or interpersonal level. The article looks into Swedish corporate homogeneity and explains why and how homogeneity arises. The authors argue that similarity within the composition of organization's workers arises through homosocial reproduction, i.e. people preferring to recruit those who are similar to themselves.
