| Abstract: | Fast development of technology and the importance attributed to information in the economic systems becoming more and more complex, encourages the evolution of the role and the content of the function of staff with high education. The labour market of people with high education is analysed both quantitatively and qualitatively to determine the requirements of the companies in the matter of qualification of the management in the coming years. The training of managers in new competencies, including production management, technology and human resource management are key factors in the competitiveness of French companies. |
