| Abstract: | The article deals with how the company Henkel created a corporate knowledge exchange network. The result is a new knowledge exchange network within the company identifying the company's potential future leaders and challenging them to propose new business projects to management, in an ongoing consultation. This activity now spans across company's business divisions around the world. |
