| Abstract: | The price reform is to change the single system of price fixed by administrative means and to establish a market price system; to make prices of key production factors change with the change on the market; to set up a rational price structure, to direct the rational allocation of resources; to quicken the process of linking up domestic prices with international market prices; and to establish a price regulation and control system which has its mainstay economic and legal measures and which is supplemented with administrative means. |
