| Abstract: | In order to explore the notion of strategic learning, the author starts with a personal experience and turns to concepts later. The author identifies a number of key phases within the learning process: surfacing, analyzing, targeting , resolving, experimenting. Some amount of challenge is essential. The author claims that the practice of strategic learning can yield major improvements in tangible competitive advantage. |
