Abstract:In recent time, the adjusted prices of foreign exchange are rising by a huge margin, which not only twist the real value of RMB and increase the pressure of inflation but create harmful effects on imports, investment environment, repaying external debts, main state departments using foreign exchange and the order of foreign exchange market. So such measures as implementing strict and tight financial and monetary policies and changing the dual-track exchange rate system into single exchange rate one, should be taken to keep the exchange prices relatively stable and more reasonable.
