| Abstract: | From the international surrounding and the economic development situation, China should adopt a balanced strategy in developing foreign trade. In the 1990s, import substitution should be emphasized a little bit more. China is a country that the domestic demand plays an important role. The establishment of import substitution industry system is helpful to realizing economy miracle. It is also the objective demand that a large country protects her national industry. In China, the demand for importing industry products is much stronger than that for exporting them. |
