| Abstract: | Problems, concerning the definition and the interdependence of different definitions of the complexity and the specialization of jobs and occupations, including the education needed for specific job, are treated in this article.In this way the problems of norms and standards concerning the principal characteristics of definition, nomenclature and classification of occupations are highlighted.The main idea is that highest quality of work record can be based only on equality of the definitions and very good knowledge of the main characteristics of jobs.This is very important for different expert disciplines on national and international level.Namely, continuos complex and exacting piece of work is demanded to be done on basic and deducted data for establishment of rational and effective supervision of jobs.Concrete examples of comparations of the most important characteristics - complexity, specialities and classification of jobs , occupations, skills, knowledge and education (+-1 degree) are shown in appendix. |
