| Abstract: | To make good use of foreign fund and catch up with the world economic development, China should solve some problems at once in foreign fund enterprises. These problems include further improvement of investment environment, false deficit in some enterprises, impatient development, coordinating management system, foreign investment that is not paid-up, irrational investment structure of foreign fund, short supply of RMB capital needed by foreign fund enterprise and ineffective foreign exchange control. |
