| Abstract: | Over the past fifty years, there have been numerous attempts in international organisations to deal with aspects of competition policies that relate to international trade. Anti-competitive business practices, for example, have long been on the agenda of intergovernmental negotiations in organizations dealing with trade. Interest in placing trade and competition policy issues on the agenda of international trade negotiations has again surfaced. |
