Abstract:It is good to know, for the sake of efficient decision making and firm operation, the relation among ownership and management function. The ownership paradox which is particularly characteristic for the mixed ownership structure in a firm determines that management is (in an extreme situation) irrelevant of the proprietorship. The conclusion that equity share highly correlates with the firm's control can be doubtful. The ownership structure is less important element of control in comparison to the management. The firm's management has numerous alternatives and instruments to manage and implement control.Firms that decide for partnership have to chose ownership structure and establish joint venture management in a way to consider proprietorship and leadership as two supplementary and dependent elements of company control.
