Abstract: | Traditional ownership structure analysis is replaced by the studying of management control in international business.For the joint partnership it is appropriate to introduce and to assess different modes of management which are mainly dominant, shared and independent.The control and management of joint venture are to be shared by partners in accordance with their ability and possesion of resources, and most of all, know-how with respect to its essential importance for business process.The correct choice of management taking into account the above-mentioned principle has a positive effect on performance in addition to the preliminary condition that there is no disparity in the perception and assessment of the partners' ability and know-how regarding the firm management.The optimization process therefore includes the analysis, planning and implementation of management modes according to their performance and to the distribution of resources and know-how among firms. |
