| Abstract: | This article presents justification for using experiential exercises, in oparticular the Looking Glass behavioral simulation to apply selected analytical and interpersonal concepts. General procedures used for introducing, running , and debriefing the simulation are reviewed. Results of a simulation run at the International Center for Public Enterprises in Ljubljana, Slovenia, with international MBA students are reported. Implications for incorporating the LGI exercise into the training of managers in organizations competing in global markets are noted. |
