| Abstract: | The whole province's average annual GNP growth rate will be kept at 14-15% in the coming 15 years. In that period, the annual industrial output value will rise by 24%, the building industry's 29.3%, the tertiary industry's 21.4%. The ratio of the primary industry to the secondary industry and to the tertiary industry will be shifted from 44.9% : 19.6% : 35.5% in 1990 to 35.4% : 24.3% : 40.3% in 1995 and 25.8% : 30.8% : 43.4% in 2000. By the year 2010, the whole province's GNP will amount to 185 billion yuan with per capita output value reaching 20,000 yuan or so. |
