| Abstract: | The problems existing in China's securities markets are as follows: 1. speculating in shares by using public funds in the name of individuals, 2. The listed companies have seized money by improper means, 3. the lop sided development of repurchasing market, 4. the wrong declaration forms of securities dealers, 5. misappropriating customers' funds for speculating in shares, 6. The employed have misappropriated public funds for speculating in shares, 7. The large bankers have done behind-the-scene deals , 8. no standardized distribution of interests. The above problems have seriously influenced the healthy development of China's securities markets. To solve them, we should accelerate legislation, strengthen the self-discipline of industries and raise the quality of the employed. |
