| Abstract: | As the financial services market has become more competitive, an emphasis on building strong financial relationships to support customization of product and quality service delivery seems to be a natural source of competitive advantage for commercial banks. To shift toward high quality service strategies, managers must adopt training and recruiting policies that compensate for institutional barriers to human resource investment. |
