| Abstract: | In the condition of the world economy tending to be the integrated increasingly, the various industrial departments of industry economy have relied their success mainly on technological advancement, not on policies of protection. China's textile industry should view developing knowledge-based industries as its goal so to eliminate the working mode of low levels, prolonged overproduction essentially. In the process of carrying out the dawn strategy--reorganization and reform, first of all is to develop textile information, actively foster high and new technological industries and enterprises advantageous to the development of textile enterprises. And then it is most important to push the textile industry toward knowledge technology and to establish the business managing systematic project suitable for the knowledge economy. |
