| Abstract: | With the deepening of the reform as well as the improving of production and technology levels and the improving of labor organization, there are already more than 10 million laid-off workers in China. The employment situation in China will still be rather serious in the 20 years to come. The essence of increasing employment is to develop economy. Previous experience has proved that the development of economy and the increase of employment depend on full development of middle-small enterprises and nonstate-owned enterprises. In the future, revitalization of middle-small enterprises should be started with the construction of basic environment and the implement of favorable policies. |
