| Abstract: | Compared with the high-speed development of multilateral trade system, Chinese foreign trade has a big gap with it and needs active regulation. It is mainly expressed in the following aspects: import tariff and tariff rate structure is irrational; injustice in the course of customs appraisal and tax collection by local customs effects fair competition. China still has some products protected by high tariff, import quota and requirement of import license. China should deepen its reform of non-tariff measures, give enterprises the right of foreign trade management, utilize the electronic media to increase openness, standardize technical and quarantine measures; carry out liberalization of service trade and investment and establish standard system of government purchase. |
