Abstract:The opening principles are as follows: the combination of sovereignty independence and internationally observed commerce regulations; the combination and multilateral and regional trade cooperation; adhering to gradual liberalization according to China's service trade competitiveness; adhering to the combination of opening to both outside and inside; adhering to 11 specific principles such as specific promise in bilateral negotiation and creating conditions to carry out most favored nation treatment. 11 sectors are involved: commercial service trade, education, environment, finance, etc. The opening strategy is: the opening of service industry is not offering market, but developing China's relatively backward service trade and service industry. The ultimate goal is to enhance international competitiveness.
