| Abstract: | The idea of telework is far from novel. The concept has attracted interest at least since 1970s. However, the fact remains that active teleworkers comprise a minority of the working population. Telework is a social innovation still in its infancy. The article presents results of a study funded by the Finnish Work Environment Fund and the Academy of Finland. |
