Abstract:This article examines B2B relationships. Article bases on a firm called Marks and Spencer. The authors use information about Marks and SpencerĀ“s links to its main suppliers and examine the relationship and exchange between suppliers and Marks and Spencer. Two interpretations of the exchange process are presented.
