Abstract: | Because of its positive effects on organizations, organizational commitment interests researchers. However about the effects of the ethical context on organizational commitment is known relatively little. By assessing the effects of ethical climates on organizational commitment, the authors of this article affect to the organizational commitment field. They also hypothesized that professional workers in a principled climate are positively related to organizational commitment. |
