Abstract:This article presents arguments why companies need to concentrate on their social dimensions, in order to enhance organizational performance. It includes a general illustration of the trend towards inclusiveness and connectedness, and an elaboration of the phase-wise development of trust, cultures and organizational structures. It demonstrates experiences leading to organizational improvement and superior financial performance by showing the cultural dimensions of Great Places to Work and their workplace practices.
