| Abstract: | This paper discusses maintaining qualitative research access into a sample of international hotel groups. The existing literature simplifies the access process by explaining it in multiple steps. However field experience suggests that the stages in the literature are only partly relevant. Okumus, Altinay and Roper suggest that particularly researchers should be better trained to deal with complexities of facilitating and maintaining access into large organizations |
