Abstract: | The purpose is to create and test a model that explains employee capabilities from knowledge-based perspective. The findings suggest that employee capabilities depend on her/his training and development as well as job satisfaction. Training, pay satisfaction, supervisor satisfaction, and job security affect to job satisfaction. This present is one of the first documented attempts to utilize human capital management practices as a moderator in organizational models. |
