Abstract: | The article investigates the effects of unethical business behavior on individual workers' well-being. The study utilizes information from psychological, epidemiological, and criminological sources, and based on the findings suggests a model of unethical behavior and well-being. The model proposes that decrease in well-being is a result of stress or trauma deriving from being victimized by, engaged in, or having witnessed unethical activities, or being associated with people involved in that kind of behavior. |
