| Abstract: | Innovations are capable to improve the market position of a firm. For an innovative business management,problems will mean tasks to make something work, and to practice it successfully. This implies that special personnel qualifications are required to be described in detail. Examples are given as to how the personnel management with its subsystems can procure and improve these qualifications. |
