Abstract: | A survey of 218 industrial employees using a peer evaluation system for over a year found a higher degree of user acceptance than that reported in previous research. Users were considerably more favorable in their attitudes towards peer appraisal when the appraisals were used for developmental rather than evaluative purposes.Besides, 4 demographic variable /age, sex, company experience, and education/ were investigated to see if they were related in any systematic way to user acceptance. |
