Abstract: | Quality Circles, QCs are small group of shop floor employees that meet regularly to analyze, and attempt to solve work-related problems. The results of a study whose evaluation criteria were developed according to a heuristic model of key cognitive, affective, and behavioral results of QC process are reported . The limitations and implications of the study are also discussed. |
