| Abstract: | The authors deal with the important relationship between production and operations management (POM) and information technology. An approach to POM is presented where information technology is used to create an experimental learning environment that integrates the topics of POM courses. The authors report the results of the implementation of the proposed approach. Finally, they discuss the implications for POM education. |
